I have controlling my shower pump, through two brass pins in the shower tray.

As soon as the water touches the pins the pump starts.

RS is about the most expensive supplier on the planet, but they do deliver the next day - guaranteed.

 

Try 'vehicle wiring products' in er... Leeds IIRC.

Try Googling "Relay ACT512". If the spec. is OK it's available from www.Conrad-UK.com for £4.07.

 

In their shop under Components->Electromechanics->Automotive Relays.

 

They also do lots of other relays.

Also this one, bit cheaper and higher current rating, from CPC RM805012 or RS Components RM805012

 

The one from Conrad looks like it might be 2 separate relays in 1 package if it has 2 coils.
