  1. Poor H. I think he's going deaf too, have you heard how loud the exhaust on that Gardner is?
  2. Try Classic Coatings nr. Loughborough.
  3. Shhh...I haven't worked out how to take it off yet. I keep having to go back to the guy who built the CMS system. I think he forgot the delete button.
  4. Oops, forgot to take that off the website. It isn't for sale anymore.
  5. Unfortunatly, it's not my boat and I don't think I've ever met the owner! Vienna is mine...although that could do with blacking too!
  6. I'll try and dig out a photo of (what we think is) Ash when I get home. There's a Photo of it on Andy Matthews site, doesn't show a great deal of the boat though.
  7. That was probably Ash, it's been here as long as I can remember. It had a new bottom a few years back so it actually floats these days.
  8. Interesting...we've got what we believe to be Ash at Norton Canes.

  10. No Elland or Vixen, but I have a few of Vienna/Verbena...
  11. Just one Josher, a Severner, a Big Woolwich and half a Little Woolwich here.
  12. Anyone planning to come up the Cannock Extension?

  15. Richard is now based at Stourbridge Dry dock, along with Andy Downing (electrician). I believe Richard is now making Chimneys, among other things.
  16. I brought Vienna from Garry who owns and fitted out Theophilus. Theophilus is a lovely boat, with a proper riveted back cabin & engine room. The fit-out is of a high standard too. I didn’t go in the back cabin but I’m almost sure the image has been mirrored, if you look at the image of the rear of the exterior it looks to me as if the chimney collar is on the correct side.
  17. Mr. Edgson didn't get anywhere near that for the boat, most of the money was in the fit-out. As it's a bespoke boat, the owners decided that they wanted exactly what they wanted, and they went for a pretty complex electrical system. Add to that a vintage engine and that is where the extra cost is.

  20. Not sure, I had mine from a friend, I will ask around. If your engine has been in the boat less than a year don't replace it until that year is up, it will invalidate the Walshes guarantee.
  21. I think the Kelvin J3 we have in Resolute looks a lot nicer than 2LW's, although I've got a 2LW sitting in the workshop waiting for my Dad to build me a boat around it (one day ). The 2LW's from Walshes look a lot nicer when you remove the red air filter and replace it with an Elephants trunk like on the one pictured below.
