For me, shift is by far the best, however the chat intergration is certainly something that could be improved.

Again, we have had our had forced when the previous version of the chatroom was withdrawn at reasonably short notice, leaving little alternative options. After a short period of a temporary 'shoutbox' type chat arrangement, this is the best we hav found available for purchase. We will however continue to monitor the situation and make reasonable decisions based in feedback and available options.
