You have clearly found it, however for future members there is a link at the top of each page when viewed on a large scale, or directly in the menu drop-down on a mobile device. The link is also replicated below.

Yes, a shame for anyone who like me learn bbcode. However posts and the WYSIWYG editor are now html based not bbcode sadly.
It will take basic bbcode commands if you really want, but it's a one way process as it simply converts the commanda to html content.

Yes. You raise a request to me and I will effect any reasonable change, assuming it does not clash with an existing name.
This will then change the username on all existing posts, and that you use to login to the site with, you can also login using your email address.
Please send me a PM with your requested name.

Its the same search as the search for the rest of the site.
Click on 'search' at the top right of each page. Select 'advanced search' on the drop down. Select the 'member search' tab across the top. Hope that helps, if not let me know.

It is useful if you want to find members who are local to you, if they wish to found, should you wish to meet or or discuss things the area regionally specific. It can also be used if you are looking for moorings, or if you are thinking of moving to the area.
Members opt-in and can set there location to be as specific or vague as they like, with a certain town or larger area, or down to the street or marina.

The new software has a single scaling skin, which resizes to fit the window of all devices. This means that all site functionally is available across platforms, rather than having reduced access when using the old mobile skin. The flipside of this is that there is inevitably more to display on a smaller screen.
Currently we a using the default skin which is including with the software, as we did on the older version. However if there is sufficient demand for an alternative skin we can review what people would like from it and look at paying for an existing 3rd party skin, or for a customised skin for our own needs. Obviously the cost will have to be offset against the benefits, but there are some affordable 'off the shelf' options.
