What happened to the remote bridge opening app which allows boaters to open the bridges themselves removing the need for restricted opening...? Frustrated me when moored on the G&S that I couldn't go out on New Year's day when it fell on a Tuesday or Wednesday.

Good question, I don't think they have even started boater testing. Still only one bridge with the kit fitted.

There's a bit more to it than just an app. There is the wifi connection and a laser system to detect boats.
