How to get to the end

Sorry if this is in the wrong place but if you go on a topic ie Friday joke with 110 pages how do you get to the last page? Often see stuff I want to return to see what as been added but don't want to go through page by page to get to the end

Assuming you're viewing the full version of the forum and not the mobile version ...

 

When you're viewing a topic, you'll see something like this just below the thread title

 

 

Simply click on the double chevron that points to the right, highlighted below

 

 

This should take you directly to the last page.

 

If the double chevron is missing then the highest page number is the last page and you simply click on that number.

Was midway through typing a long and convoluted way to do it - Lady C is much quicker and smarter than me at this stuff!

 

Moral of the story - you're not a thicky treddie, you just have a different skillset.

Or, looking at the list of threads, on the right of the thread title there's the latest poster's name with a date and time under it - click on the date/time line and you'll go to that post, i.e. the last one.

Or if you're logged in (as you are if you're posting!), click on the dot or star to the left of the topic. It will take you where you last were in that topic.
