No, they weren't especially important.

 

 

The one I had was Ubu, brewed by Purity of whom I have not previously heard. Rather Hobgoblinesque.

A Warwickshire brewery, so tend to get a lot of it around here. Not really to my taste

As it was around the festival they seemed to have different beers every day. These included Old Hooky, Hooky Gold, UBU, Ghostship, Tribute and a number of others. I think they were using it as a time to see which beers might prove popular. Once things quieten down again it will be interesting to see what staples they settle on.
