Yeah, cheers. The fella's name is Paul. He was a boater and the type of bloke who made friends wherever he went, so there'll probably be people who post here who will have encountered him, and may want to at least send some flowers or something. I'll update when I know more.

The body of a man named locally as Paul Harper, 46, was found in the Grand Union Canal off Hazelbank, in Croxley Green, on Tuesday morning.
