We will fill her to the brim again this weekend but reckon she needs about 100 litres to top her up so will have used about 1 litre per mile.

That's pretty impressive although I guess you'd have used a lot more if the conditions had been perfect for the whole trip.

Probably not that much more, maybe another 100 litres or so.

 

We were 45 miles of Eyemouth at our closest.

 

1 litre per mile is pretty much what we average on the coast. Sometimes a bit less, sometimes a bit more. We tend to use more when conditions are not great as we have to drop the speed so dont get as far each hour!
