Winding at Liverpool and Tarleton

Due to change of plans I may need to cancel my booked Liverpool booking - the booking is for Friday and back Monday if anyone is interested in taking it.

My question is where is the last place I can wind before Hancocks swing bridge?

I may try for the Ribble link - again where is the last winding before Tarleton lock?

Pretty sure we turned (with a Short Boat) just above Mayors' yard.

It was 45 years ago, though.

IIRC, you need to move any boats moored opposite each other to get round - not that much of a problem at that time, but I am not sure today.

Came though Mayors yard today to do the link. Turning space just before the yard, clear of boats. I think I could have turned my 60 footer.

When we (58') winded at Tarleton a few years ago, we were locked through to wind in the river to save moving boats above the lock.
