Chester - the first time we'd ever been on a narrowboat. We bought one two weeks later.

 

January this year. That's not water outside...it's several inches of ice!

Ok, it's not a view from my back cabin because I haven't got one, so here's the view from the bow doors at my mooring.

 

 

My bedroom is at the bow so that's the first thing I see each morning as I open the doors.
