Send for Mortimer Bones. She did some in a magazine article a few months ago. They looked good, easy to fit, and I think they were reasonably priced too.

If you can make the search facility work there are a couple of threads on the very subject, including me fitting a new side door. Easy if you are any good at diy. Bones bought hers ready made, either fit them yourself or pay to have them fitted.
