Heading for the Ashby from Fazely direction is there a coal boat about this /next week .

According to ‘Chugabug’ there is a sensibly priced marina up near Hinckley.

Norton Canes boatyard (Glascote basin) sells Winterblaze which is the best stuff IMO, very little ash compared to other stuff.

You can get coal from the little shop at the end of the canal at Snarestone. Nice place to moor and you also have services there.
