There is no problem if Anthony was to mention a surveyor who he would not use again. He dosen't have to say anything bad. A lot of people rely on their name being passed on by word of mouth. They should accept that if they are not up to spec that word of mouth is not always a good thing. Maybe the fact that the guy gave back their cheque says reams in itself, maybe it dosen't.

It is very important that people report these incidents. An incident not reported does not become a statistic. If there are no statistics there is no problem and the authorities wont have to act.
