Shower room/Office bulkhead

Maffi - fixed loo, is that for re-sale purposes or do you find it's the best situation for liveabords? I ask because my friends on their 2 boats have both opted for Porta Pottis instead.

Can't see me on a porta potti.

 

 

I don't plan to sell it.
