  3. Spread the salt out on a baking tray and it will dry out on a low heat.
  4. Maybe the travellers will return to relieve you of the problem..

If you have a part number, stationary engine parts have huge lists that are worth a look.

  9. If the access road is privately owned then it may be them that bought about the complaint, if this was the case then I'd definitely be inclined to go with CRT's request as they may be able to deny access to moorers.
  10. If you're anywhere near London, there's a place called Watson Diesel in Wimbledon. Ask for Ian, as he is very good with marine stuff.

  19. The OP already stated it is a very short run, so why not use the input size? It would seem pointless to go smaller than the terminal size.
  20. One of the test runs for the Petter PD3 I believe.
  21. I'd start by looking at the size of the fittings on water heater and cooker, this shows their designed input and will save on unnecessary reducing with fittings. Most are 3/8" on standard lpg appliances.

  23. Not Midlands related but there used to be a large Arms/munitions factory adjacent to Bulls Bridge. I'd imagine most of that was shipped via canals.
