Most places where trip boats operate they seem to go faster than they should . Although there are rules regarding speed you have to remember that they are trying to run a business . Unless the speed is over excessive we tend to turn a blind eye, but if it's too fast we will let them know in no uncertain terms ..
We were in Birmingham in the Summer and there was a bike boat operating at Brindley Place . There were several people working there and they always seemed to be busy .With all the cyclists in London you never know, it might work.
At 07.40 this morning the guy on the boat behind us decided to cut up some wood with his petrol chainsaw which was right outside our bedroom window. ..OK so it's eight till eight with engines and generators to generate power but what about chainsaws , are there any rules for times of use. Fair enough he only ran it for a few minutes , but is this acceptable on not ?.
The Animal is brilliant on a boat , but we have the same problem with the filter dropping out ...was going to replace it ,but the cheapest I could find was £16 on e-bay...
So , How many kids do you think read this forum .. I would be very surprised if there was even one kid reading this. And for all those that are , don't take it to seriously . It's just a bunch of boaters letting off steam !!!
