It should be compulsary going on some of the antics done by both hirers(possibly 1st timers) and private owners. -
They still are, so long as they are not being told a right load of old bootmakers as to why the boat cant move or why some scruffy type cant pay for a mooring but the teller is not short of crap to smoke or booze to drink. So dont forget that the enforcement staff are only human.

One of the chaps who lives in the cottage(i have not heard of his death) at Nell Bridge has mental health issues and his brother is his carer. Last time i saw the brother with the issues i thought it was the other brother who i know, i was quite put out when he blanked me when spoken to, but when i realised my mistake the lack of response made sense.

The 6D had a pneumatic governor so its not one of those The D series truck engines came in 330, 360, 365 & 380 cubic inch versions, the 360 was the only one that ford supplied in turbo form. The later Cargo variant of the 360T had IIRC twin thermostats so its not a cargo unit originally.
