I reported and asked the Mods to edit it this morning shortly after it was posted I usually very supportive of the Mods, but their lack of what would be a very simple edit, I think is very wrong ......... or of course 'Jim Riley' could edit it himself

Was it 2009/2010 that had a prolonged cold spell of below zero temperatures for several weeks as well. I know there were many boaters who ran out of water, coal (it must have been bad cos Dusty couldn't get through) etc

Insulation only slows the rate of heat/cooling. The transfer process still happens - eventually Without some form of heat added, the pipework/pumps/tank will freeze

I do like the gear driven change more than the push/pull. It just looks/feels more robust Bit worried about a converted drill being able to take the stress on the teeth though

There's a big difference between overbright and bloody useless. On ye olde M21 the light was ok as matched the speed capability of the beast. I suppose in some respects the same is true with a NB, but you might need some light to get to the walls
