Yes indeed we are Mr Athy, thank you for asking! Loving it so far, neighbours have been very pleasant indeed, as have the owners. We get regular flying displays from a flock of local birds (swifts?) as a bonus too, they look amazing as the light begins to fade
Of course it's tongue in cheek - but this exact stance is often taken on this forum to defend 'people' who break into boats and steal valuables.
Personally I'd string them up and leave them for the crows.
I feel sorry for them. They clearly didn't have very good upbringings, and alcohol is getting more expensive every day - how else are they going to get money in this day and age.
I assume that you can spend as many nights as you like on the boat as long as you can prove to the council you have an address where you're registered...but clearly someone will inevitably take the piss and wreck that bit of common sense

Absolutely. Just because they're asking how many nights you intend to spend on the boat doesn't mean they allow lives boards.
Especially when they specifically stated no liveaboards.
