Yes.  Good moorings at the junction.  Then walk down the towpath and it splits off towards morrisons.

Or moor at bridge 2 on the staffs & worcs and walk over the bridge and straight on across the park to the road, turn left, its on the right.

This is definitely the best option, Bridge 2 on the Shroppie, just a 5/10 minute walk through a park and a few houses. Perfect thank you.

Sorry, I should have said Shroppie not S&W. Bridge 2 Shroppie is easiest, the locals are friendly despite it being a big estate.
