Leeds Central L&L canal

Can't think of anywhere central, but there is Thwaites mill a few miles downstream or Aire valley a couple up the canal. I've left boats at both and they're lovely people.

Hello again,it's me asking for advice.

We have to leave the boat somewhere for just under a week. Leeds central or anywhere near.

Any suggestions?

Granary Wharf. There's no signed limits apart from the pontoons, there's usually space and you can't get more central!

Edit to add, Granary Wharf is known as "Leeds Basin" on the canalplan site.

Rodley is lovely, the visitor moorings in the centre just after the swing bridge are very popular so you may want to moor before the large bridge that is the Leeds Ring Road - close to the Railway pub. At either spot there is parking for cars - the VM's are quieter. You can always moor and walk on to the VM's check if there is space
