It seems like over regulation. If someone wants to rent a shed to sleep in because it is cheap I don't see why it should be stopped.

A while back I watched a documentary showing the structure and inside of a rented boat in London (I know it may not be typical) but it was so awful that I would not put a garden spade in it let alone a real person.

 

The regulation of rental properties is sadly a major consequence of human greed. Anyone here still recall Rachman?
