ive used the search function to no avail.

 

the llangollen is quite busy anyway, particularly ellesmere, the existing marina has no electric for long boats.

 

ellesmere is lovely but quite congested

Only initial outline planning submitted so far. As well as a marina there are 250 houses, a hotel and other uses, right next door to the sewage farm.

 

The local council appear to be in favour, whilst admitting that Ellesmere's services are already at capacity. IWA has objected

ellesmeres not changed in the 40 years ive known it, be a shame to commercialise it, not many nice towns left that the councils havent ruined one war or another

Is this the same Ellesmere that we recently visited where a lot of the town centre shops have now closed and a new Tesco and housing estate has been built?
