New shell arrives

Hi all,

 

My new shell has arrived from Paul Widdowson, a bit scary as it only just got up my drive on the second attempt, then the crane couldn't lift it as we thought it was 9 ton but turned out to be 12 ton as paul had added 2 ton of ballast, so another turn on the pulley block cured it.

Now to build the canopy over it ready for painting and fit out.

Excellent news and good luck with the fitting out.

 

BUT... er... I think you should brush up on your arithmetic skills before you start cutting up the timber!

Errr!! it was difficult to get in empty (11 or 12 tons) how will it be to get it out in five years time when it weighs twice as much.
