Taslim
That's quite enough porn for a Tueday night thank's! Timleech. What are the Enfields/Parsons like for parts availability? They look good. I fancy Lot 37. Intake to pump on the bow. Steering nozzle at stern. Tee! Hee! OK 'phaps not.

Timleech
That's quite enough porn for a Tueday night thank's! Timleech. What are the Enfields/Parsons like for parts availability? They look good. I fancy Lot 37. Intake to pump on the bow. Steering nozzle at stern. Tee! Hee! OK 'phaps not. I should think parts for the Enfields are quite scarce by now. I remember them as nicely engineered but awkward, and noisy. Edit - just buy two & keep one for spares. I'm amazed that these and the Perkins P6s were still hidden in some military store! Curious that they don't seem to say what engines are in the Harbourmaster-style propulsion units, the description seems worded to appeal to the scrap man. Proper Job
I can't go to MoD auctions any more. I alway come back with something - usually large! I can't top a made of mine though. He went to an Ex MoD auction several years ago with the express intention to buy an air drop light weight Landrover. He came back with a Roll Royce Griffon engine!
