Anyone seen my boat? nice little dawncraft dandy.

 

Last seen in the leicester area. if you see the boat dont approach the driver, he's known as a local nutter.

 

if you see it take pictures please.

Might be an idea to update your profile so people realise Touchwood is your boat now, not Susie....

 

Why do you think it's the 'local nutter'? Hopefully he doesn't have a crane and a lorry, and Touchwood will be spotted soon.

He did ask permission, an was last heard of heading into the river on red markers.

 

Hang on, have I got this correct? ........:

 

You gave permission to someone, who you know is a nutter, to take charge of your boat when the river is in flood? ........... I presume this will invalidate your insurance policy?

 

I hope I have misunderstood this thread .............

 

But edited to add: I presume this is a wind-up?

the boat an skipper are both more than well prepared for the trip up the river, its only tickling the red marker. might only make 10mph over land instead of 15.

 

if only another job hadnt got in the way i'd be motoring up river aboard
