Teadaemon
I've certainly heard of Andrew Wolstenholme - he's an experienced naval architect who's designed a wide range of boats, as a brief perusal of his website http://www.wolstenholmedesign.com would show. Absolutely no information on Stoke on Trent Boatbuilders, but if you like his designs then there's no reason why you can't buy the plans (or indeed have him design a barge to your own specifications) and get it built by somebody else, if you'd prefer. I've certainly never heard of Andrew Wolstenholme, but I've got nothing but praise for Stoke on Trent Boatbuilders. They built our boat 18 years ago, and if we were having another we'd go straight back to them.
