Were the knicker-throwing incidents at the time that the record "Leap up and down ( wave your knickers in the air)" came out?

Bottles from the 'traveller' site just outside Vitry le François on the canal lateral de la Marne. The mode of operation is a cute little kid on the towpath waves as you pass and tells the scrotes hiding at the bottom of the embankment when to throw. As they're out of sight they generally miss. Most boats are targets. Recommended to keep to the offside and open up the speed controller.
