I have only ever used the remover. Find out what the 208 remover is. It will be a thinners of some sort, white spirit, cellulase thinners, acetone etc. The label on the can will tell you. The formula is in here https://echa.europa.eu/substance-information/-/substanceinfo/100.130.209 Looks to be mainly Xylene with Benzine.
