Swivel ma snizzle

could someone pls let me know what this swiveling, tightening, hooking shackle thing is pls, cant find them anywhere on the internet so looking for that special name.

One wouldn't have thought they were really required just to hang a fender? Chain and small D shackles is all you really need, plus any weak links (cable ties) that you want to put in.

Depends on the fenders and where they are. We have these tensioners on our bow fender because a new fender has a flat base, but as it beds in it gets shaped around the stem and thus the chains go slack. Being able to tighten it from time to time as it beds in, sorts the problem.
