They do in some places.  CRT got some but not all of the towpaths done some years ago.  I think there was both a cycle mounted and a rucksack mounted camera rig.

 

Kinver isn't one of those places however.

Yeah, that's the location being discussed but that's the normal streetview cars from a bridge.
