Absolutely, I well remember one trip to St Mary's (IoM) that were rafted up 5 deep (and we were the one against the wall)

 

I guess the etiquette of passing over the foredeck is not so easy on NB's with cratch covers.

Some people even have pram hoods at the back too, then give you a funny look when you scramble over their roof to get to the waterpoint.
