Strewth, from the title I thought someone was ruining our lives with a STOP PRESS release along the lines of: -

All boat owners with a solid fuel stove must access NBW every day starting the end of the week.

 

I'm wrong aren't I?

People with stoves already do have to access NBW........in the lighting process.
