    Easily done though. In another thread I have mentioned that I have refurbed a water pump. I have also changed the seal on our loo. Big 'ead ain't i? Martyn PS. I have just changed the lip seal on our Thetford 365. Vent seal on order. Martyn

    yeah, it's a hefty bit of kit. A bit noisy, but it's in a cupboard. Advantage is, is that you know it's working and switching off. Martyn

    We have a sureflo. I have refurbed it twice now. So we have had it about seven years and I don't know how long the previous owner had it. I got the repair kit from Midland. Easy to do. I did it. I'm sure there are better ones that sureflo, but that s what we have. To repair is cheaper than a new one. Martyn.

    It seems they don't last too long. No need for anodes?

    Not a silly question, but a serious one. How come they will be damaged by next week? I know sometimes the water can be shallow, but do you not watch the depths? Martyn
