Our new (to us) boat was built by Diamond boat builders in 2006/2007 but I cant find any info about them, tried google, nothing, any one here any info? thank you nora

nobody will like to say it tony, but a semi old springer, plus low loader, you could be wasting your money, a lot of springer owners will be angry at me for saying this, but that make of boat has little resale value and I think unless it is very cheap steer clear nora

My son left the boat for an early morning walk along the towpath of the Macc , he saw a woman a few boats from ours so he said "morning" , she replied "morning", then said "will you do me a favour, and hold my ferret for me while I get this coal" my son says "does it bite" , no said the woman you can stroke it if you like" so son holds the long ferret and strokes it, what a lovely start to the day. nora

my son once owned (for 3 weeks) a plastic boat called "Fying Enterprise" ,Older members of this forum might remember it, others might google it.almost as bad as calling it Titanic. nora

hello, recently my son moored the boat near harecastle tunnel, he got talking to a lady with two children who said they had never been on a narrow boat, my son invited them aboard for a look, but forgot his wife was sleeping off a cold in bed,the family were impressed with the boat,but daughter in law was not impressed, nora

Bought a sofa bed new from ebay for our last boat, it was lovely to look at but very very uncomfortable, second boat had a sofa bed on it, a bit scruffy, but so comfy,go for comfort not looks , nora

I found on our last boat that having the fire one side at the pointy end, was a bit dangerous for me as a senior citizen, stepping in and out with the fire on, and the chimney hot, a stumble could have been painful, the boat we have know has the fire in the middle, and it is safer,nora.
