How odd

 

The first one has a less common speed control system

 

Second and third look reasonably honest

 

The fourth is a four cylinder job - ambitious for a narrowboat

Bi of an odd advert, that. He's just selling the cylinder head, maybe because the bit of metal in the last photo looks horribly like a bearing shell, although I can't see its escape route from the block ...

If you read the ad, he's selling lots of parts and using the Ebay item to advertise the rest
