The rebuild has begun.

2300 litres of oil/fuel has been pumped out of stricken vessels

13 tonnes of polystyrene has so far been recovered from the beaches

Insurers GJW say that there will be no increase in premiums for boats using the moorings

The MCA have declared that any of the 'damaged / sunken boats' do NOT fall within the legal definition of wrecks but and should be treated as 'lost property'
