Really, I thought Pilchards were ''in'' at the mo.

 

I LURVE most fish.

 

Herring is the BEST. Same as kippers. And Cod. Sea bass too. And anchovies. Smoked haddock. Poached salmon. YERM!

Well they don't need to be salted when frying but salt being a flavour enhancer makes em more tasty. I see Julynian is suffering with the wind again in Wiltshire. Its strong here too, owls are flying backwards again.
