Rugby moorings

There must have been some CaRT policing of the moorings.

They were full up on the offside on the 24h last week and totally empty when we came through this Friday.

There was only one boat on the towpath side on the 48h.

Is this just an isolated case, or are CaRT becoming more proactive generally?

On a similar note. I know someone that lives in an apartment next to the Regent Canal at Shepperdess. He says that part of the canal has more boats moored than he has ever seen before in his six years of living there.

Are these winter moorings? Will these boats move on at the end of winter?
