Hi all

Looking to buy a cabin crusier in November. I live in Hillmorton Rugby and went to couple marinas down south and saw couple cabin crusiers while I was down there and when asking questions about the cabin cruisers I got told that these were widebeam cruisers and they will be to big for the canals in rugby. I have seen some narrow beam cruisers but just want make sure I am looking for the right ones.

Any help or ideas will be very helpful.

Thanks in advance

Sam

I know of a rather nice Viking 26ft narrow beam in Tamworth which is just about to go to Alvecote on brokerage. Regrettably I do not know the asking price. There's a phone number on the boat which I can get for you today, if you are interested.

I have the info you need but cannot access your private messaging until you have made 5 (non-Virtual Pub) posts in the forum! However, I can say that the boat is adjacent to the railway bridge below Glascote Bottom Lock (Kettlebrook Wharf) - As a private club you won't be able to get close up access to the boat without the owners presence (the number for whom I will put in the PM) - If you're driving down, towpath access is via Kettlebrook Road, B77 1AG and the railway bridge is but a minute's walk from the road, off to your left.
