Don't ASDA's shopping trolleys lock up when they are taken out of the carpark? I've noticed that on all the walkway exits there are green plastic bands across the width of the path and if the trolley is taken over this they lock up!

 

Stops people from taking their shopping 5 miles down the road to their homes then dumping them!
