chris&sandra Posted October 24, 2011 Report Share Posted October 24, 2011 OXO Potato Cut potato’s into 1/2inch slices (2 medium sized potato’s per person) Place into roasting dish Crumble 3 oxo cubes over the top of the potatoes Pour water on the potato’s so the top is just covered Bake in the oven gas mark 6 for 40 mints or until the potato’s have absorbed the oxo-water sandra Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I've been thinking a lot about this exact same recipe lately which, I was told many moons ago, is called potato casserole - lovely! Especially with layers of sliced onion and dotted with butter so that the top gets slightly golden and crisp, like a hotpot.
