You don't say what sort of pressure you need to measure, but I imagine it'll be fairly low. If so

gets you to 15mm. There might be such a thing as a 15mm tee with 1/4" branch, or more likely a 1/2" branch which can then be reduced, which could be neater depending on whether the gauge is to sit on your pipework or to be remote mounted.

 

Gauges should strictly screw into special fittings, but for your purposes a parallel thread with the right sealant will probably be OK.
