Can anyone give me the lowdown on setting up a hydraulic drive using gear motor and pump 30cc / 60cc, i need to know the layout of pipes, a diagram would be good, size of resevoir ect, and whether to consider using a vane motor.

Now you are asking about the layout of the pipes I can help with that. There is a generic digram in the drive-line section of the maintenance notes but some motors require another small bleed off pipe that simply returns to the reservoir.
