changing my email address

Hi all.

 

Ive been made redundant so i need to change my email address. ive followed all the steps and validated the new adderss but my old address still shows up in my controll panel. Any ideas?

Hi, if you PM me your email address I can make sure it's set to your new one.

Failing that, you can simply click on 'My Controls' (top right of any page) and select 'Email Settings' (towards the bottom on the left).

 

You will then need to validate your new email address to confirm you can receive emails through it.

Thanks, but as I said in my first post I have already been through the validation process, i have the validation email in my new account but it didnt work.

Very strange - when I changed mine last year to google mail and then just last week to reflect their change to gmail it worked just fine...
