Where to change password on my tabletok

OK, so someone has set up my new tablet and put in a password for the screen. Half the bloody alphabet!

I now can't find  out how to change it, is it the same as something called screen lock?

Are you sure it is not when the thing goes into power saving and asleep so you need the normal password to wake it up again. If so, I expect it would be called something like the user password. Can't give details because I don't have an Android device, let alone one customised by Samsung.

Thanks, well I've managed it, and changed it to something easier for me.

My brother set it up, using rather a lot of the alphabet!

I've found the user manual, but I just used my female intuition in the end. It's a nice looking thing though heavier than my other tablet, RIP.

So, that's two hours of my life I'll never get back, sigh.

Tomorrow's task is to keep it going for more than two minutes without requiring password input.

That needs adjustment of the screen timeout, instructions here:
