Problem logging in.

My laptop went wrong after a microsoft bloomin update wouldn't install. I had to do a complete reset which took 7 hours. I set it to save my files. Since then every time I try to log in to CWDF I have to go through the dreadful performance of renewing the password. It will not save it, although I.ve ticked the ''remember me'' thing. Any ideas please. Bizzard.
