Lydney Canal Question

In relation to the post about the Lydney Canal swing bridge

 

There is an image of a tug and timber barges north of the Swing Bridge in 1972. What was the tug ?

I believe tug Severn Belle was round there then?  I know it was more recently much overhauled and I’m not sure if the superstructure was at the same time, as it doesn’t look the same on top now. 
It possibly is or it was recently for sale once more

It is currently a cafe boat on the Basingstoke Canal in Woking or at least it was a couple of weeks ago.
