My God sir, what a rogues gallery you portray. Hanging is too good for these reprobates.

 

But this is genius. With so much electricity to spare, why should it be only gerbils that suffer electrocution? (Apart from the mandatory gerbil required to appease the electrical gods).

It would be a shame if I were to give the impression that I harboured some sort of grudge against gerbils. The truth is that I harbour much more serious grudges against many species, and perhaps human beings above all.

Let the speeding boaters be electrocuted by the score. The higher the speed, the higher the electrical current.

Punishment in proportion to the crime. 

Our own very dear and of course impeccably honest leader has already given us the inspiration we need. Let the bodies pile high, say I.

But only of speeding boaters, of course.
